For what comes next.

Technology that drives adventure.

We're using cameras and advanced software to rethink how vehicles interact with complex terrain, both off-road and on it.

Off-Road vehicle driving up steep hill
  • Increase performance and confidence

  • No spotter for off-road obstacles and gradients? No problem

  • Cover complex terrain faster and go further, whatever your experience level

Two off-road vehicles driving side by side
  • Hardware-agnostic: we tune our system for existing onboard cameras

  • Modular and scalable: plug Terrain Intelligence into your existing control logic or add full control with Off-Road OS

  • Universal: we integrate with traditional ICE and advanced Electric Vehicle platforms

OUR TECHNOLOGY

What if off-road vehicles could see, understand and proactively prepare for the terrain ahead?

Terrain Intelligence

Our self-learning, on-vehicle software platform uses forward-facing sensors (cameras, radar or lidar) and AI to interpret terrain shape, incline gradient, surface type, obstacles and more.

Off-Road OS

Our complete control stack enables vehicles to pre-emptively self-select driveline, suspension and torque settings before arriving at every obstacle, incline or change in surface.

Our solutions are invisible, intuitive and designed for vehicles of all shapes and sizes.

OUR SOLUTIONS

Off-Road Adventure Vehicle
  • Go safer: keep drivers’ eyes outside and reduce risks in tough terrain

  • Go faster: help novice drivers conquer complex terrain first time

  • Go further: boost range by up to 12% for longer play days

  • Go in comfort: auto-select settings before arriving at changes in surface, incline or obstacle height to enhance occupant experience

Powersports
  • Go faster: help novice drivers conquer complex terrain for the first time and expert drivers push even further

  • Go further: boost range by up to 12% for longer play days

  • Go safer: keep drivers’ eyes outside and reduce risk of rollovers

  • Go solo: assess obstacle height, gradients and other hazards without a spotter

  • Go safer: enable new operators to conquer complex terrain first time without additional training

  • Go further: boost range and reduce maintenance to extend field time

  • Go secure: compute on-vehicle, using passive sensors - GPS, internet connection and sensors with a signature such as lidar not required

  • Go wherever: support all drivers on deployment in new environments with terrain models that feature pre-learned situational awareness

  • Go efficiently: reduce fuel consumption by up to 12% in combustion and electric vehicles

  • Go simpler: read terrain using existing sensors, including cameras, to avoid expensive hardware retrofits

  • Go safer: compute on-vehicle in real time to reduce exposure to bandwidth limitations and lag during remote-driving operations

  • Go smarter: employ learnings from each haul to increase loads per day

OUR COMPANY

We’re a vehicle technology company based in Fredericton, NB, Canada.

Our interdisciplinary team includes engineers, data scientists, computer vision specialists, and experts in AI and machine learning. We’re passionate about adventuring in the great outdoors and building the next generation of proactive off-road driving aids. (And we’ve got our own off-road test track.)

Too many modes?

RESOURCES

As vehicles sprout more and more selectable modes to tackle all terrains and surface conditions, there remains one common failure point: the driver. Not knowing when to switch between technical settings can get even the most advanced vehicle stuck. What's the solution?
