Potential Motors is an electric vehicle technology startup focused on electric off-road vehicles. Our technology will accelerate the off-road transition to electric vehicles by enabling manufacturers to develop more modular, performant, and resilient EV products. We are finalizing the assembly and beginning testing of our prototype vehicle that will demonstrate our technology for our global launch, and looking for ambitious people to join our team in creating a new product category and electrifying an industry.

Here’s where you’ll come in:

This role will join our dynamic and multi disciplinary team and will install, repair, and maintain all electrical systems and machinery.

• Complete the wiring of our prototype off-road vehicle

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems during vehicle testing

• Design and develop wiring and PCB schematics

• Perform preventative maintenance

• Perform other duties as required

Who we are looking for:

• Experience working with battery electric vehicles and live high voltage systems is a positive

• Experience following wiring diagrams and providing feedback to design engineers

• Strong knowledge of electrical codes

• Ability to work as a team and independently

• Proven troubleshooting experience
