Potential Motors is an electric vehicle technology startup focused on electric off-road vehicles. Our technology will accelerate the off-road transition to electric vehicles by enabling manufacturers to develop more modular, performant, and resilient EV products. We are preparing for the global launch of a category defining product in 2022 and looking for ambitious people to join our team in creating a new product category and electrifying an industry.
Here’s where you’ll come in:
The Client Experience Representative will manage the experience of our clients who hold pre-orders on our first 100 vehicles. This includes the processes of managing the relationships with clients, managing the CRM, and developing best practices and processes for client management in Potential Motors going forward. You’ll report directly to VP of Marketing.
Communicate updates, features, and milestones to clients in order to maintain their trust and excitement for the product and brand
Respond to client inquiries about features, company progress, delivery, and more
Manage the CRM, keeping an organized and methodical history of relationships with clients
Identify key insights from clients and communicate them to Marketing, Design, and Engineering
Respond to inbound customer inquiries
Create foundational best practices, tools, and documentation for client experience at Potential Motors
Who we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and currently enrolled in an MBA program
Previous experience in a client experience, sales, customer service, or customer success role
Basic understanding of CRM tools, specifically Hubspot
Excellent written communicator, able to to clearly articulate messages and tone through email
Basic technical understanding of electric vehicles
Ability to quickly build report with new people
High level of empathy for others' situations
Confident picking up the phone and talking to new people
Ability to plan and work independently
Ability to identify customer insights
Commitment to growth and self-improvement
Ability to adapt quickly to change
Comfortable with ambiguity
Passion for sustainability
Nice to Haves
Experience working in a customer facing role with high net-worth individuals
Experience selling or marketing high-end products
Experience off-roading, overlanding, camping, or other kinds of outdoor adventure
Experience in a startup
